The Annual General Meeting of Orkla ASA will be held on Thursday, 15 April 2021 at 12:30 p.m. Due to the restrictions and guidelines by Norwegian authorities in connection with COVID-19, the meeting will be conducted only as a virtual meeting, accessible online via Lumi AGM. All shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting, vote and ask questions, from smartphones, tablets or desktop devices.
